High school games produced striker Aldrine Kibet

One of the standout products from the secondary school games is striker Aldrine Kibet, who now plays for Spanish La Liga side Celta Vigo.

His star shone during the 2023 secondary school game when he helped the Solidarity Boys win the male championship.

They faced off with their opponents from Dagoretti High School during an action-packed match at Bukhungu Stadium.

Kibet netted a brace that propelled his team to Rwanda for the East and Central Africa schools' regional competition.
