In a now-viral clip, the woman shared that she had just returned home from work only to find that her husband had packed up all his belongings and left without a word.
"This is the situation in my house. How can a man do this? He has taken everything and left. Where do I even begin? Can someone who has gone through a similar experience tell me how to cope?" she pleaded.
The distraught woman gave a tour of the house, capturing a bed without a mattress, a TV mount loosely left on the wall, and clothes in a laundry basket — all signs that belongings had been removed.

"He took all his possessions and left mine. Where do I start? He’s even left my child’s school uniform on the table like this. If someone no longer wants you, why not just say it?" she said tearfully.
She lamented that their issues could have been resolved amicably, instead of him disappearing and leaving her in distress.
Heartbroken and in tears, she added that the man left their child at a cyber café near their home.
"Schools have reopened for the second term and my child is supposed to report back. How are we supposed to manage all this? He told my child to stay at the shop and, if he got tired, to go to the caretaker and wait for me," she said.
Despite the pain, she wished her husband well in whatever path he has chosen.

"Don’t cry, dear. Take your child and their clothes to him. I’ve seen men saying they just want peace of mind—let him raise the child and give you peace of mind too. How can someone take the mattress and TV, leaving a child behind? Where is the sense in that?"

"I'm not taking sides, but if someone does something like this, trust me — they’ve likely tried to tell you something before, but you didn’t listen."
Meshack Wandera:
"True men don’t behave like this. Dialogue is key in any marriage. If it fails, involve both sets of parents. If that doesn’t help, involve your pastor. And if still unresolved, separate in a respectful manner — not like this. This is cowardice and irresponsible fatherhood."
