Susan Waithera, a mother of two, revealed that she separated from her husband and moved away to start over.
Through a series of images posted on her TikTok account, Susan expressed her joy and pride in how her life has changed since leaving the marriage.
Why did Susan Waithera leave her marriage?
Susan claimed she had been in a toxic and abusive relationship that negatively affected her mental health. She explained that the constant struggles made her appear much older than her actual age.

In the photos taken during her marriage, Susan was often seen working on a farm, dressed in baggy skirts, T-shirts, and gumboots. Her hair was usually covered, and when it wasn't, she wore simple cornrows as she went about her daily chores.
However, the photos taken after her separation portrayed a completely transformed woman. She appeared radiant, with well-styled hair and makeup, dressed like a young and confident lady. The backgrounds in these new photos also suggested a shift from rural village life to a more urban setting.
Susan thanked God for how far she had come, noting that she hopes one day to share the full story of what she endured while married.
