What happened to Nonny's boyfriend?
According to the grieving lady, her lover passed away after getting into an accident where he died instantly, but sadly, the family only learnt about it two days later.
The woman said that on the night of the accident, her boyfriend sent her a voice note and unbeknownst to her at the time, it was his last message to her.
She shared a screenshot of their last chat showing that his voice note was at 10.22pm.
He was responding to her message, in which she had urged him to take care of himself, as he had been posting numerous "Rest in Peace" messages on his WhatsApp status.
"Babe, please be careful, you have been posting a lot of rest in peace lately, be safe," she told him in the chat.
The following day, she tried reaching him, not knowing that he had been involved in an accident and had died.
In her TikTok video, she wondered how his iPhone did not detect the crash and send an emergency message to his emergency contacts.
"I still don’t understand, babe. You sent me a voice note at 22:30. Why didn’t your iPhone notify us of the crash? Shouldn’t it call emergency services after 30 seconds? Should you not respond to their crash notification?Who switched off your phones? Why take two days before anyone comes with information? Where was the street surveillance for that day?" she painfully said.
