Will William Ruto alienate Rigathi?

Speaking to TUKO.co.ke, former Roots Party running mate Justina Wamae opined that the likelihood of Ruto and Rigathi's relationship hitting rock bottom is high.

Wamae said in the lead-up to 2027, Ruto will alienate the deputy president as he holds much power since the DP did not negotiate for his position very well.

"The DP never negotiated well. Remember 2013, the government was 50-50 TNA: URP. Ruto had a say, but Gachagua doesn't. Additionally, the people of the mountain voted for Ruto because of Ruto, not because of Gachagua.
He will be alienated. There are no enemies or friends in politics, just interests. 2027 will be interesting," she said.

Rigathi meets the king

The deputy president finally met King Charles III and exchanged pleasantries after missing the much-hyped State House dinner on Tuesday, October 31.
