According to her, the country is closer to the 2027 election than many think and Ruto is divinely positioned for a second chance.

"God is not done with President William Samoei Ruto concerning the nation of Kenya. And I know most of us would not love to hear what God has to say concerning this nation right now. I want you to know that we are nearing the elections, and we are not very far. And actually, I saw the Lord giving William Ruto a second opportunity," Havoline said in a passionate video.

How will Ruto's new term be different?

But Havoline didn’t shy away from criticising the current Kenya Kwanza administration led by President Ruto.

She claimed that while he had done “whatever was his,” he had failed to accomplish what she described as “the heart of the Lord” for the country during his first term.

"But the second opportunity that is coming for him, it's an opportunity that is coming with a lot of prophetic instructions from the Lord to him, because according to the Lord, whatever he was supposed to do in this season that God gave him, he did not accomplish it according to the heart of the Lord. Now, he might have done whatever was his, but according to the heart of the Lord, there are specific things that he did not accomplish," she stated.

Havoline also claimed to have seen Kenya’s opposition parties breaking apart before the 2027 General Election.

She described a scenario where self-interest and division would weaken the opposition, with multiple candidates emerging and failing to rally behind a single contender.

"It weakened them so much because among them, there were very many, I could hear them saying there were very many qualified candidates but they could not get a specific candidate to push forth to become the president among them. There was a spirit that fell upon them, ya kujipenda, each and every one of them that felt qualified began pushing forth and that one brought a lot of separation in between the oppositions and they were weakened," she added.
