The outspoken politician stated that he would also storm President William Ruto's Eldoret and Bomet backyards, in what he describes as a campaign to reclaim the voice of the people.
Speaking during his ongoing tour of the United States, Gachagua, the leader of the Democracy for the Citizens Party (DCP), said his return to Kenya would mark a new chapter in his political mission to challenge Ruto’s leadership.

"I am very keen to talk to the people of Kenya. I stand for the people of Kenya. When I fought for the Gen Zs, I fought for all the Gen Zs of the people of Kenya. When I opposed over-taxation, I did it for the people of Kenya, and the people of Kenya have understood who Riggy G is," he said in an interview from Kansas.
Gachagua accused Ruto of deliberately trying to limit his influence by framing him as a tribalist confined to the Mt Kenya region.
According to the former DP, this strategy is aimed at silencing his growing national appeal.
"William Ruto, with his narrative, will go nowhere. He would like to confine me in the mountain so that other Kenyans do not benefit," he declared.
In the US, Gachagua is on a mission to court the diaspora community and push his agenda ahead of the 2027 elections.
Where will Gachagua lead rallies?
Since being ousted from office and sidelined from Kenya Kwanza affairs, Gachagua has positioned himself as the voice of the oppressed, repeatedly targeting Ruto’s tax policies and alleged betrayal of campaign promises.
The outspoken DCP leader outlined an ambitious itinerary for his return, promising to crisscross the country with stops in Kisii, Nyamira, Migori; particularly Kuria, Bomet, and Eldoret.

His choice of Eldoret, Ruto’s backyard, signals a bold move meant to unsettle the president’s perceived political stronghold.
"When I go back, I will be having a three-day incursion of the Gusii region in Kisii and Nyamira. Again, I will be going to Migori in Kuria. Again, I will be going to Bomet. I will be going to Eldoret. I will go to each and every part of the country because I am a Kenyan leader," Gachagua said.
He packaged himself as the perfect leader for Kenya, arguing that Kenyans need a president who speaks the truth.

"I am a leader who is respected by the people of Kenya for what I believe in, and for upholding truth, because the people of Kenya want a truthful leader. And that is why William Ruto is scared," he added.
Is Kindiki creating havoc in villages?
Elsewhere, Gachagua sensationally accused current Deputy President Kithure Kindiki of causing chaos during his rural empowerment tours.
He claimed Kindiki’s frequent use of helicopters, sometimes as many as ten at once, is disrupting village life.
According to Gachagua, the noise and disturbance are leading to livestock miscarriages and hens refusing to lay eggs.
However, the deputy president rubbished Gachagua's claims, insisting he would continue to traverse the country to support empowerment programmes and inspect government projects to ensure they are completed in good time.
Kindiki further exuded confidence that the Kenya Kwanza government under the stewardship of President William Ruto would be re-elected in 2027.
