"Mzee Raila Odinga, please focus on your statesmanship and stop being used by greedy governors who want to destroy your dignity," Aseka warned.
The MP further criticised Raila, saying that fighting MPs will cost him, and urged him to retire peacefully.
"Though I respect him, it is demeaning to see Raila fighting MPs at his sunset time. He should retire peacefully rather than engaging us on our rights as legislators," Aseka said.
How is NG-CDF important to MPs?
He revealed that the fund has enabled students from poor families to access education in his sub-county.
The lawmaker added that more than 20-storey buildings have been constructed in schools across his constituency, and transferring the fund to county governments would destroy the education system since some areas still lack properly structured projects.

The MP also reiterated his support for President William Ruto, saying he has brought changes to the country and should not listen to Raila’s lectures, which he claimed would ruin his leadership.
He added that the way broad-based principals addressed them during the last joint parliamentary meeting was devastating, urging fellow legislators to remain united and uphold the law.
"The way they addressed us during the joint parliamentary meeting was not good. We protested because they fed us with bitter words that no one could withstand,"Aseka added.
Why did UDA-ODM MPs jeer Raila?
As reported earlier, at a joint ODM–Kenya Kwanza parliamentary meeting in Karen on Monday, August 18, Raila faced visible hostility when he reiterated his push to abolish the NG-CDF.
He argued that MPs ought to focus solely on legislation and oversight, leaving development roles to county governments.
Disapproval from lawmakers grew evident through murmurs and jeering, prompting Ruto to silently intervene, signalling for calm.
MPs defended NG-CDF’s critical role in constituency-level projects, warning that dismantling the fund could stall service delivery and damage political standing.
