Will it be easy to defeat William Ruto in 2027?

Speaking after the memorial service, commemorating the 22nd anniversary of Michael Wamalwa Kijana's death, Eugene called on the opposition leaders to remain united.

The DAP-K party leader expressed fears that Ruto is likely to win the 2027 elections if the opposition remains divided.

According to Wamalwa, Ruto is likely to be reelected in a similar manner that former late president Daniel Arap Moi won elections in 1992 and 1997, when the opposition failed to agree on a single candidate.

"Removing this government of Ruto will not be easy. It will be similar to how difficult it was to unseat Daniel Moi in 1992, when the opposition was divided, which enabled him to win, the same as 1997," Wamalwa said.

Which trick canthe opposition deploy to unseat William Ruto? He equated the opposition's grand dream of unseating Ruto to the 2002 movement that of the grand coalition that flooded Moi's KANU candidate Uhuru Kenyatta.
