Why are PSG launching civil case?
According to French outlet RMC Sport, fans were captured on video directing monkey chants at PSG's team as they left the Emirates Stadium following their massive win.
The report adds that the video, captured from outside their team bus, recorded five men behind a fence making monkey gestures.

It adds that these chants were made when a black member of the PSG team passed by. Last year, when PSG faced Barcelona in the Champions League, fans were heard shouting monkey chants and seen making banned gestures.
The Spanish club was later fined 25,000 euros (KSh 3.6 million). Barcelona were also fined in September due to "racist behaviour of supporters."
The Athletic reports that PSG will collaborate with SOS Racisme, an international movement of anti-racist non-governmental organisations, as they launch civil proceedings.
Arsenal are facing a punishment from UEFA. Barcelona were banned from selling tickets to their away fans in September. In April, two of the three Aston Villa fans arrested were accused of racist abuse.
Arsenal condemned the behaviour in a statement per the Mirror.
“We strongly condemn all forms of racism and discrimination. We are working to identify the individuals in the video and we will take the strongest possible action.”
Can Arsenal overturn first leg deficit?
Arsenal lost the first leg of the semi-final at home on Tuesday, 29 April, and must win the return fixture to keep their hopes of reaching their first final since 2006 alive.

PSG were dominant in the first leg and are expected to pose a tough challenge for Arsenal, who are coming off an impressive quarter-final victory over Real Madrid.
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is confident they can bounce back at the Parc des Princes on Wednesday, May 7.
“It’s just half-time, I said exactly the same message after beating Real Madrid 3-0 at home," Arteta said. "We go to Paris to win, and I fully believe that we can do it."
The Gunners have never won the Champions League, and a defeat in Paris would see them end yet another season without a trophy.
“If you want to win the Champions League or be in the final, you have to do something exceptional in the tournament at some point. That's what we have to now plan and do when we get to Paris in a few days," Arteta added.
