Inter Miami's inclusion in the expanded FIFA Club World Cup in the USA raised plenty of eyebrows, but they have done incredibly well so far.

Inter's sole victory at the tournament came against Porto, marking the first time an MLS club had defeated a European side in a competitive match.
"It was a great effort from the whole team," Messi told DAZN via ESPN. "Not only did we defend, but we managed the ball well. We had a sour taste after the game against Al Ahly. This is a very important victory, and we'll enjoy it."

During Inter Miami's final group game against Palmeiras, a 98-year-old woman held a banner that read "Messi, will you marry me?"
In a viral video, Messi appeared to acknowledge the banner before giving it a thumbs up.
The woman, named Pauline Kana, known as 'Gangster Granny' on Instagram, has been seen at many WWE and NFL matches and is always accompanied by her grandson, Ross Smith. 'Interacting' with Messi probably made her day.
