Why was Ryan Ogam's goal cancelled?

Ryan Ogam thought he had scored his third goal at CHAN 29024, but the referee cancelled it.

Kenya started the second half brilliantly and opened the scoring through Alphonse Omija, who headed in Boniface Muchiri's set-piece three minutes into the second half.

In the 51st minute, Ryan Ogam slotted the ball past Madagascar goalkeeper Toldo, sparking wild celebrations inside Kasarani, but they were quickly cut short.

The referee awarded the free kick to Madagascar who were hanging on at that point.
