Since then, there have been several instances where both parties have exposed the other.

The former Migos member is preparing to release his new album, Kiari, on August 22.

Among the tracks, one in particular, Move On, stands out as a reflection of his healing process and personal growth.

In a recent interview with the Associated Press, Offset shared the intention behind the track

“That’s what the message is supposed to be. It’s all love and peace. I just ended the album with that, just to end that chapter because it’s time to move on, it’s over and done with.”

Offset further explained that he is ready to let go of his past relationship with Cardi, making it clear that neither of them should be defined by it anymore.

“It was great while it lasted. That shouldn’t be the topic for either one of us no more. It’s a book that’s closed,” he said.

Is Offset a deadbeat dad?

Cardi B previously went on a rant, saying she has been the only one covering their kid’s expenses.

The I Like It hitmaker claimed she spends about $50,000 (KSh 6.4m) each month on their upkeep.

She broke down the costs, from private school fees to hiring personal chefs, while alleging that Offset was a deadbeat dad.
