How did Jalang'o euologise Mudimba?
Mudimba, a beloved figure in the media industry, was remembered for his contributions to journalism and the deep impact he had on those who knew him.
Jalang'o, who was a close friend of Mudimba, reflected on their shared dreams and their roots in the same village.
"You see where we come from in our village, we have so many lawyers and doctors surrounding our homes. I think that it is only Nick and I who pursued a different journey from that and got ourselves into media," Jalang'o recalled.
The lawmaker went on to remember how he and Mudimba had promised each other they would one day return to their village and match the success of the lawyers and doctors who surrounded them.
"We made a promise to each other that one day we would go back there and match those lawyers shilling for shilling and dollar for dollar," he said.

"It is a very sad day to see my brother lying like this, but all that I can say is that it is God's will. Through this death, I have seen what true friends can do because we have seen friends come through in the biggest way possible," Jalang'o said, his voice heavy with emotion.
The Lang'ata MP also expressed his frustration over the timing of Mudimba’s death, particularly as his career was at its peak.
