What did Diamond do at Juma Jux's wedding?

During the highly publicised wedding that went down in Lagos, Nigeria, on Thursday, April 17, the Bongo star showered his Tanzanian brother with cash.

In videos that have been trending online, Diamond dished out wads of dollars and put them in a colourless bag as guests cheered.

At the flashy event, the father of four revealed that he was not searching for a wife and was planning to marry very soon.

When it was time for the guests to dance, Diamond took over the dance floor and was spotted flirting with Malaika before dancing with her.

The video elicited mixed reactions, with many pitying his girlfriend, Zuchu, whom he had promised to marry in February before the start of Ramadan. He had announced the plans during a past CCM political rally in Dodoma, Tanzania.

His announcement came after a video of him denying being in a relationship with Zuchu on Netflix's Young Famous & African reality show. The Komasava hit singer referred to Zuchu as a singer signed under his Wasafi WCB Record Label.

Malaika is Diamond's brother, Ricardo Momo's ex-wife.

Diamond exposed for cheating

Recently, the singer's ex-mistress, Rita, leaked photos and videos showing that they were in a relationship.

The Tanzanian socialite also leaked their WhatsApp chat, where she confronted Diamond for failing to pay her rent and fulfilling his promises.

The chats went viral, forcing Diamond to respond. He accused Rita of blackmailing him and stated that their relationship ended in 2023, and his current lover, Zuchu, had forgiven him.

Two weeks ago, while performing at an event, Zuchu threw shade at her lover's ex-mistress, mocking her for begging him for money to pay rent.

The Sukari hitmaker warned Rita against dragging her into her drama, telling her off. Rita went silent, and it is unclear if she is still talking with Diamond.
