The Kisii-born content creator, admired for his words of wisdom and ability to mask his struggles with courage, passed away while undergoing treatment.

Days before his demise, Oseko had shared a post on his Facebook page, a message that would tragically become his last.

He had also gone live on TikTok the same day, leaving fans shocked by the sudden turn of events.

According to a TikTok live video, a woman said that Oseko had returned home when he started feeling unwell.

He had received medication, but it was not working, and he wanted to go to Kisumu for further treatment.

A TikToker who allegedly spoke to him said that he had decried being on the receiving end of insults, despite being sick.

“He expressed confidence that he would heal, but sadly passed away,” she said.

What was Denis Oseko's last post?

On Tuesday, August 19, Oseko informed his followers that all was not well with him. In a Facebook post shared in the afternoon, Oseko said he was unwell.

"Not well," he simply wrote.

Following his sudden death, Kenyans flocked to the comments section to express their shock at his passing. One lady recounted the last chat they had together.

“It forced me to go through the last chats I had with you, full of promises. I didn’t know it was the last conversation I was having with you. It will never be well, bro,” she wrote.
