Details indicate that the teen's mother was knocked down while hawking in Nairobi, a traumatic event that left him deeply affected.

“He hasn’t been himself since the incident. We’ve been providing him with guidance and support, but the loss seemed to take a heavy toll on him,” she said.

Efforts to locate his whereabouts have been unsuccessful so far. According to the school, Teddy never arrived home, nor has he been seen at any of his relatives' residences.

How to contact Teddy's family

Concerned teachers and family members have already filed a missing person report at the Londiani Police Station, OB number 29/10/07/2025.

The school and family are now appealing to the public to help locate the 19-year-old.

“Any reports of his whereabouts are highly appreciated. He is not in the custody of either his parents or close relatives,” Afandi emphasised.

As the search continues, the school and members of the community are urging people to share Teddy’s story widely.
