A young lady has taken to social media to pour her heart out following the death of her close friend, a university student from Migori who died a few days ago, leaving her in grief and pain.

Billy had just completed his teaching practice attachment and was preparing to resume his university studies in a few weeks when he sadly passed away.
Taking to her TikTok account, the grieving lady Liz shared a snippet of her last conversation with Billy, and they were talking about how he was ready to be cleared from the school where he was doing his teaching practice.
Migori lady's last conversation with Billy
In the screenshot, the young student promised Liz to arrive home early, by 10am, since he was done with his teaching practice.
However, the next morning she sent a 'hello' message, not knowing that he was no more. She painfully said that the message was neither delivered nor responded to.
"You never said goodbye, and left my message undelivered. It is well," she said in her caption of their last conversation.
In subsequent posts on TikTok, she posted their times together, saying that Billy was always full of life.
"You used to be happy around me, but I couldn't realise you were going through too much in silence," she tearfully wrote.
Describing him as a son to show their close bond, she also shared that she helped in packing his clothes after his death.
"May you find the peace that you did not find in this world," she heartbreakingly said.
Friends and family mourn Billy
Other friends and family also took to social media to pay heartfelt tributes in honour of Billy, whom they eulogised as a great mathematician.
A friend identified as Mickey Leakey said the news of Billy's death had hit him hard, further recalling their last conversation.
"This demise has indeed hit me so hard. He texted me just recently, and now he is gone 😭😭 Those who know will feel the pain with me. Billy RIP mwalimu," he wrote on Facebook.
On his part, MC Wilberforce indicated that he had a conversation with Billy just a few days before the news of his death emerged.
"My sincere condolences to the entire family during these trying moments. Lala salama Mwalimu." Billy Williams.
