The singer's family put out a statement that was signed by his wife, and their three children, Kelly, Jack, Aimee and Osbourne's other son from his first marriage, Louis.
"With a sorrow deeper than words can express, we share that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne passed away this morning. He was surrounded by family and love. We kindly ask for privacy as we mourn this tremendous loss.”
The Black Sabbath band frontman had been living with Parkinson’s disease. Earlier this month, he gave what was described as his “final bow,” performing seated on a throne at Villa Park in the United Kingdom.
In January 2020, Osbourne publicly disclosed he had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, a condition he had privately been managing since 2003.

The legendary singer rose to fame in 1968 when he became a lead vocalist for his band, Black Sabbath.
In 1979, Osbourne parted ways with Black Sabbath following struggles with substance abuse, but went on to launch a highly successful solo career.
Osbourne became famous not only for his music but also for his theatrical and unpredictable stage presence.
Over his career, Osbourne released 13 solo studio albums and earned dual inductions into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, first in 2006 with Black Sabbath and again in 2024 as a solo artist.

Why was Sharon fired?
