The musician was married to TV personality Sharon Osbourne, who is a former co-host on The Talk show.

The singer's family put out a statement that was signed by his wife, and their three children, Kelly, Jack, Aimee and Osbourne's other son from his first marriage, Louis.

"With a sorrow deeper than words can express, we share that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne passed away this morning. He was surrounded by family and love. We kindly ask for privacy as we mourn this tremendous loss.”

The Black Sabbath band frontman had been living with Parkinson’s disease. Earlier this month, he gave what was described as his “final bow,” performing seated on a throne at Villa Park in the United Kingdom.

In January 2020, Osbourne publicly disclosed he had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, a condition he had privately been managing since 2003.
