Ng'ang'a is no stranger to controversy at the altar and has previously been accused of mistreating his congregants.
Just recently, he courted controversy once again after a video surfaced showing him impatiently handling congregants during a Sunday service.
The clip captured him urging people at the pulpit to hurry with their prayer requests, slapping two individuals, and cutting others off mid-sentence. His conduct has reignited debate about how he treats worshippers during services.
Did Pastor Ng'ang'a laugh at wife?
In the latest clip, the preacher called Mercy Murugi to the front of the church and asked her to skip rope.
"Come here," he instructed her, and she obliged.
Murugi was warmly dressed in an oversized sweater, long skirt, and white sneakers.
"Auuwiii, Jesus," Ng'ang'a exclaimed as she picked up the skipping rope.
His wife attempted to jump, but the rope got stuck on her feet, and Ng'ang'a laughed at her. Murugi also laughed, slightly embarrassed, and composed herself.
"Aren't you going to do it? That is not how it’s done," he told her.
However, she proved him wrong by expertly skipping the rope, increasing the tempo as the church members clapped.
"That is impressive," her husband said.
