How should men handle breakups
Relationship coach Kevin Muhia told TUKO.co.ke that men handle breakups differently from women.
"A man should allow yourself to feel the pain instead of bottling it up. Healing begins when you face your emotions head-on. Talk to someone you trust, whether it's a friend, therapist, or mentor, because you don’t have to carry it alone. As a man, you should also use this time to rediscover your purpose, set new goals, and remind yourself that growth often starts in the hard moments, and go out and meet new people," he said.
