The newspaper highlighted the changes in the National Assembly committees' membership, with a focus on the Kiharu lawmaker.
According to People Daily, Nyoro was removed from the budget committee due to his harsh criticism directed at President Ruto's administration.
The MP was the chairman of the budget committee since the inception of the 13th Parliament on September 22 until March this year, when he was removed and replaced with Alego Usonga MP Sam Atandi.
Nyoro became an ordinary member of the committee until July 29, when he was relocated to the Diaspora and Immigrant Workers Committee.

He constantly called out the government on its fiscal policies, which is why he would not have continued to serve on the committee.
The MP is said to have misused the intel from the committee on government spending to launch his attacks against the government.
"There is no way he could have survived. He has been all over attacking this government," an MP confided in People Daily.
Taking over Nyoro's position in the budget committee will be Mathioya MP Edwin Mugo Gichuki.

The newspaper reported on a truce reached within the ODM party after the central committee met under the stewardship of Raila Odinga.
In the recent past, there has been disquiet in the party as members differ on the memorandum of understanding signed with UDA.
A storm was sparked after Secretary General Edwin Sifuna went on a television interview and declared that the pact was long dead.

His tough position did not sit well with some influential members, who came out guns blazing while pushing for his removal from the SG post.
Reading the resolutions of the committee on Tuesday, July 29, Sifuna said the party had chosen to head in the same direction and support the pact, terming it an "unbreakable unity of purpose".
"That while the members arrived here with different viewpoints on many issues within the party and the country, the committee brokered an unbreakable unity of purpose in the party and a single-minded focus on ensuring that ODM continues to be a loyal servant of the people and the country, acting in the best interest of its supporters and the nation and committed to the agenda of national transformation and stability," Sifuna said.
To push for the implementation of the agenda in the pact, Sifuna stated that the committee had resolved to form a technical committee to fast-track things.

The newspaper reported on a win handed to a Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) recruit who was dismissed over his HIV status.
The High Court ordered the military to publish its recruitment guidelines and ordered a conscript who qualified but was not inducted to be reinstated in the defence force.
The man completed military training and passed all the standards, but was discharged after medical tests showed he was suffering from HIV.
He went to court to challenge his discharge, saying it was a discriminatory move on the grounds of health.
Justice Maureen Onyango agreed with him, saying his rights had been violated while the constitution mandates equality and respect for the rights of everyone regardless of their background.

"The discharge of the conscript was blatantly discriminatory and completely baseless," said Onyango.
The judge ordered the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) to publish guidelines on how to deal with HIV-infected recruits within 90 days.
He also asked Defence Cabinet Secretary Soipan Tuya and Chief of Army Staff Charles Kahariri to appear in court within four months to prove to the court that the order has been heeded.

The newspaper reported on the return of a Kenyan who was put on death row in Saudi Arabia.
After 14 years in a Saudi Arabian prison awaiting his end, Stephen Munyakho, also known as Stevo, finally returned to Kenya on Tuesday, July 29.
The 51-year-old got a chance to reunite with his family after years of despair as the Saudi authorities proved committed to executing his death sentence after he was convicted of killing a Saudi Arabian national.
The plane he took from Jeddah landed at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on Tuesday morning.
"My presence here today is a real miracle. It is a great joy to be back home. But please give me some time to rest and compose myself before I speak any further," he said after touchdown.
Munyakho was received by his family, led by their matriarch, Dorothy Kweyu, and government officials, among them Foreign Affairs Principal Secretary Korir Sing'oei.
The PS represented the Kenyan government, which has undertaken the efforts to secure the Kenyan's release; the government intervened after Munyakho was slated for execution last year.
It negotiated with the murder victim's family, which accepted the blood money in the upward of KSh 120 million.
"A son returns and reunites with his family and homeland. A committed government and a persistent mother and her support group stand together. Welcome home," said Sing'oei.
