Renowned actress Kelley Mack has died at the age of 33.

When did Kelley Mack die?
According to TMZ, Mack, who was known for her portrayal of her role-playing Hilltop Colony resident Addy on The Walking Dead, died on Saturday, August 2, in Cincinnati after a battle with glioma.
Glioma is a type of tumour that affects the central nervous system.

Her family shared the news in a statement and mentioned that a CaringBridge page had been created months ago to update the public on her condition.
"It’s with immense sadness that we share the passing of Kelley Mack at the age of 33. Kelley is known to fans of #TheWalkingDead for portraying the character of Addy in Season 9. Our sincere thoughts are with her loved ones during this difficult time," The Walking Dead posted on social media.

The Independent magazine reports that a remembrance service is scheduled for August 16 in Ohio, and a further celebration of her life will be held at a later date in Los Angeles, where Mack had lived and worked for the past 11 years.

Before shooting to fame for her role in the hit AMC series, Mack had appeared in various shorts and TV miniseries, including Unusual Suspects (2015), Grayson: Earth One (2015), Not Your Average Joe (2016), and Unscrewed (2016).
Over the course of her career, she accumulated numerous TV and film credits.
She also appeared on episodes of 9-1-1 in 2019 and Chicago Med in 2022.
Mack's talents extended beyond acting, with several commercial roles for brands like Budweiser, Dr. Pepper, Dairy Queen, and Chick-fil-A.

Off-screen, she lent her voice to notable projects, including providing a voice match for Hailee Steinfeld in the Oscar-winning Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018) and voicing a 2024 Hyundai Ioniq commercial.
Her final project, both on-screen and as an executive producer, is the upcoming Universal film (2025).
Just weeks before her passing, she shared a post on Instagram promoting the film’s world premiere at the Chinese Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard.

Separately, Malcolm-Jamal Warner, best known for playing Theo Huxtable on The Cosby Show, died at the age of 54.
News of his sudden death broke on July 21.
Warner drowned while swimming at Playa Grande near Cahuita in Costa Rica.
